Everything EBS publishes, in one place — the offer sheet, the social graphics, the captions, the weekly campaign rhythm, and the outreach emails. Print the sheet, post the graphics, copy the words as written.
01Offer Sheet
The print piece — one letter sheet. Leave it at the counter, hand it over after a statement review, pin it in the break room. It says the whole offer in one read. Print this page and the sheet fills the page on its own.
We don’t just process payments. We build stronger businesses.
Merchant services from an authorized Paysafe partner — priced in the open, funded the next day, and backed by people who pick up the phone.
$35/mo
Flat-Rate Processing
One flat monthly rate, plus interchange-plus pricing — interchange + 0.50%. The whole cost, on the statement, in plain sight.
$35 one-time
Equipment Placement
Terminals and POS placed in your business for a single $35 under the Equipment Placement Program. Equipment in hand, processing live.
Next-Day
Funding, Standard
Next-day funding comes standard — not an upgrade, not a surcharge. The money you earned yesterday is working for you tomorrow.
POS
Systems & Terminals
Clover, PAX, Valor, and Quantum — matched to how your counter actually runs, not to a quota.

Websites That Sell
Business websites built on Netlify + Ecwid — the same stack we run our own company on. Ordering, booking, and checkout ready.
Growth
Funding & Support
Working capital and growth support through our funding partners. We stand on your side of the table — we are a partner, never the lender.

Caption · Diagnose First
Before we quote anybody anything, we read the statement.
Most owners have never had their processing statement explained line by line — the rate, the fees, what’s actually theirs to keep. Send us yours. If what you have is working, we’ll tell you. If it isn’t, we’ll show you exactly where it leaks.

Your customers check you out online before they ever walk in.
We build business websites on the same stack we run our own company on — fast, clean, and built to sell, with online ordering, booking, and checkout ready from day one. No templates that look like everybody else. No site that just sits there.

04The EBS Instagram Program
This is the account’s actual running operation — not a content calendar invented for this kit. Posts run three days a week, in five standing formats, prepared as drafts ahead of publish. This section is the reference for the formats, the voice, and the graphics.
The cadence
Three posts a week, every week. Drafts are prepared in two-week blocks — six posts at a time — reviewed, then scheduled. Nothing goes up unreviewed, and nothing is written the day it posts.
Monday
Post 1 of the week
Opens the week — most often Offer Proof or a Learn post, the working-owner content.
Wednesday
Post 2 of the week
Midweek — Industry Spotlight or Build, the proof-of-work slot.
Saturday
Post 3 of the week
The community slot — Community and EIG proof, when owners are scrolling and planning their week.
Every 2 weeks
The draft batch
Six posts — captions written, graphics set — prepared as drafts for review ahead of publish, then scheduled across the Mon / Wed / Sat slots.
The five standing formats
Every post on the account is one of these five. Each format below carries an example post in the account’s voice — copy it as the starting point for the next one in the series.
Format 1 · Offer Proof
The math, plainly.
$35/month flat for processing. On top of that, interchange plus 0.50% — the card networks’ cost, passed through at cost, with our fee printed next to it. Next-day funding included, standard.
That’s the whole pricing page, in one post. If your current statement can’t be explained this simply, send it to us and we’ll read it with you.
(202) 505-4332 · extraordinarybusinesssolutions.com
The format: the real numbers, shown plainly — rates, funding speed, equipment cost. No teaser pricing, no asterisks. Graphic: the house square treatment — near-black frame, one number as the hero line, green call bar.
Format 2 · Industry Spotlight
Industry spotlight: restaurants.
A dinner rush doesn’t wait for a slow terminal, and Friday’s covers shouldn’t fund on Tuesday. We set restaurants up with counter and handheld POS that keep the line moving, online ordering that feeds the same kitchen, and next-day funding as the standard — not the upgrade.
If you run a kitchen in the DMV or Atlanta, the first step is a statement review. We read it before we quote anything.
(202) 505-4332
The format: one trade at a time, rotated through the EBS verticals — Restaurants, Food Trucks, Salons & Barbershops, Retail Stores, Auto Repair, Dental & Medical, Home & Professional Services, E-commerce, Hospitality. Written for that trade’s day, not a generic small-business post. Graphic: a real photo of the trade at work, EBS green caption band, logo lockup in the corner.
Format 3 · Learn
From the Learning Hub: your true rate.
Take last month’s total processing fees and divide by your total card volume. That percentage is your true rate — the only number that tells you what getting paid actually costs you.
If it’s higher than you expected, the difference is in the statement, line by line. We teach owners to read it — and we’ll read yours with you, free.
The full lesson: learn.extraordinarybusinesssolutions.com
The format: one teaching point from the Learning Hub in plain language — true rate, cash flow, deposits, payroll. The lesson first, the offer second. Graphic: clean light surface, the lesson title large in Questrial, one worked line of math, Learning Hub address in the footer.
Format 4 · Build
Build: the website is part of the register now.
Customers find you, judge you, and increasingly pay you on your site before they ever walk through the door. We build business websites on Netlify + Ecwid — the same stack we run our own company on — with the catalog, booking, and checkout wired in from the start.
Browse the sample builds, one per trade: samples.extraordinarybusinesssolutions.com
Yours starts with one call: (202) 505-4332
The format: the website work — sample builds and client builds, shown as proof. Same stack EBS runs on, said out loud. Graphic: the build itself — a full-bleed screenshot of the sample or client site, minimal caption band, no stock imagery.
Format 5 · Community
Community is not a marketing channel for us. It’s the work.
EBS powers the Juneteenth Black Business Expo, presented with Extraordinary Investment Group — the Passport, the vendor systems, the payments underneath it — so dozens of Black-owned businesses get a day that runs like it should, and numbers they can plan next year around.
We don’t just process payments. We build stronger businesses — including our own community’s.
juneteenth.extraordinarybusinesssolutions.com
The format: EIG and Juneteenth proof — the expo, the vendors, the systems EBS runs underneath them. EIG presents, EBS powers, both named. Graphic: real expo photography when it exists; otherwise the plum-dark band treatment with the event name and both brands credited.
The standing block goes on every post. Industry Spotlight posts swap in their trade’s tag; Community posts lead with #BlackOwnedBusiness.
Production flow
Drafts are prepared in two-week blocks — six posts, captions and graphics together — and held for Yannick’s review. Approved batches are scheduled to the Monday / Wednesday / Saturday slots. This kit is the standing reference for the formats, the voice, and the graphic system; a draft that doesn’t match a format here doesn’t ship.
05Email Drafts
The merchant outreach sequence — first touch, the follow-up with the math, referral partner outreach, and the website-build offer. Written to be sent as-is once approved.
Drafts only — nothing here sends itself.
Every email in this section is a draft. Each one goes out only on Yannick’s approval, to the audience it was written for. Copy the full text — subject, body, and signature — into the sending tool when, and only when, it’s approved.

SubjectA straight look at what you’re paying to get paid
I’m Yannick Rolle with Extraordinary Business Solutions. We work with restaurants, salons, retail shops, and service businesses across the DC metro and Atlanta on one thing most owners never get explained properly: what it actually costs them to accept a card.
We don’t start with a pitch — we start with your current statement. Send me a recent one and I’ll walk you through it line by line: your true rate, every fee, and what’s actually yours to keep. If what you have is working, I’ll tell you so and that’s the end of it. If it isn’t, you’ll see exactly where it leaks, in numbers, before anyone talks about switching.
No pressure either way. The review is free, and it’s yours to keep.

Email 2 · Follow-Up — The Math
SubjectThe $35 math, in plain numbers
Following up with the numbers I promised — all of them, in one place:
Processing runs $35/month flat, plus interchange-plus pricing: the card networks’ interchange cost, plus a 0.50% EBS processing fee. No tiers to decode, no fees that appear in month three. Equipment is placed in your business for a one-time $35 under our Equipment Placement Program. And next-day funding comes standard — Friday’s sales in your account Monday, not held as somebody else’s float.
The honest way to compare is your true rate: last month’s total fees divided by last month’s card volume. Run that number against your current statement, then run it against ours. If we don’t win on the math, keep what you have — I mean that.
Send me the statement and I’ll do the comparison for you, line by line. (202) 505-4332.

Email 3 · Referral Partner Outreach
SubjectFor the business owners you advise
You work with business owners every day, and sooner or later most of them ask the same question: am I paying too much to accept cards?
Extraordinary Business Solutions is a merchant services company — an authorized Paysafe partner — serving restaurants, food trucks, salons and barbershops, retail, auto repair, dental and medical practices, professional services, e-commerce, and hospitality. Our approach is diagnose-first: we read a client’s current statement and show them their true rate before we quote anything, and we tell them plainly when what they have is fine.
When you refer an owner who signs with us, we pay a referral reward of $100–$250. More importantly, your client gets a straight answer and next-day funding at $35/month flat — and you get the credit for sending them to someone who treated them right.

Email 4 · Website-Build Offer
SubjectYour website should be closing sales, not just sitting there
Most business websites are brochures. Customers land on them, find a phone number if they’re lucky, and leave. Meanwhile the businesses taking the orders are the ones whose sites let a customer buy, book, or order right there.
EBS builds business websites on Netlify + Ecwid — the same stack we run our own company on — so your site carries your catalog, your booking, and your checkout from day one, and loads fast enough that people stay on it. You can browse sample builds for your trade at samples.extraordinarybusinesssolutions.com and see exactly the standard we build to.
If your site isn’t bringing you business, it’s a cost. Let’s make it a register. One call: (202) 505-4332.
